Ingredients
- ½ pound sliced fish ( cod or tilapia)
- 2 tbsp Onion (diced)
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 3 potatoes cut into cubes
- 3 cups of water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon of dried thyme
- Salt to taste
- ⅛ tsp Pepper (optional)
- Fresh dill for garnish
- 1 chopped red pepper bell
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Step 1
Heat oil in a saucepan. Tip in the garlic, onion, and cook for a minute.
Step 2
Cautiously add 3 cups of water, potatoes and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Add salt, pepper, red pepper bell, dried thyme, carrots and simmer for 5 mins.
Step 4
Add the fish, simmer for 8-10 mins. Turn off the stove, lastly add in the lemon juice, fresh dill and Enjoy.
