Tomato Cucumber Salad
This vegetable salad recipe is very simple and can be put together in 15-20 minutes and in just 2 simple steps. Lets get cooking.
Ingredients
- 1 fresh English cucumber (chopped) you can use other options if you can't lay hands on English cucumbers.
- 1 red onion (chopped)
- 1 red pepper bell (chopped)
- 2 fresh tomatoes (quartered)
- 3 fresh radish (chopped)
- 1 tsp chopped dill
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vinegar (Balsamic, apple cider vinegar)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- A pinch of salt
Directions
Step 1
Add the radishes, cucumbers, pepper bells, quartered tomatoes, onions, dill to a bowl.
- Add lemon juice, olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Give everything a good mix. Let it sit for a couple of minutes in the fridge.
- Your salad with a lot of crunch and flavour is ready to be consumed.
