Ingredients
- 6 peeled and cubed Potatoes
- 2 tbsp sunflower/ Vegetable oil
- 1 Large diced tomatoes
- 2 Chopped carrots
- 1 Chopped onions
- 1 Chopped red and 1 chopped green pepper bell
- 1¼ tsp salt/ salt to taste
- ¼ tsp ground chilli pepper
- ¼ tsp white pepper
- 1 Cup of water
- 2 tbsp spring onion
- A handful of shredded marinated cooked beef
Directions
Step 1
Place a pot (medium) on a medium heated stove and put in 2 tbsp of Sunflower or vegetable oil.
Step 2
Put 2 tbsp chopped onion and stir for 3 minutes, add tomatoes to cook for 3 minutes, later put chopped vegetables (onion, red and green pepper bell, carrots, spring onion) and stir for 3 - 4 minutes and add 1 tsp salt, paprika, chilli pepper, white pepper and stir for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the cooked shredded beef, stir and let it cook for 3 minutes. Add the cubed potatoes, ¼ tsp salt and stir for 2 minutes, Pour a cup of water or beef broth and cover to cook for 15-20 minutes.
You can as well make it moist, all you need do is add a little more water to get what you desire.

Food is ready to be served. It is best eaten when warm. You can have it with a glass of orange or apple juice.
